Job Title: General Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking a diligent General Maintenance Technician to perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material-handling and other Distribution Center equipment. The role involves using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)-generated preventive maintenance worksheets to maintain distribution machinery and equipment in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices. Responsibilities also include maintaining efficient operation of material handling equipment by clearing jams and removing foreign materials, as well as performing general building maintenance tasks such as lamp replacement, simple construction, wiring, and repair of overhead doors.
