Optimize the ARG order management system to meet the need for the efficient operation; Assist to collect and evaluate the market information within industry to create coherent, intelligent report then present to the management; Set up the real-time business database to analyze the logic about previous sales data and market trends to develop the sales forecast and projection; Analyze the competitor's product offering list and price to provide the suggestion to update the price strategy; Prepare the weekly order report and monthly sales report for management level to understand how the sales is performing; Update the order status to customer to ensure all the customers are involved to the order tracking process; Gather and analyze the data for monthly shipping details to understand the customer delivery performance and to organize the cross-functional meeting to take the improvement plan; Analyze the sales orders' structure and to provide the suggestion on the production line upgrade and adjustment; Analyze the inventory product structures and to determine the inventory management strategy; Calculate the monthly customer rebate based on the rebate program required; Summarize the daily customer quality complaints and prepare the weekly reports for the quality performance analysis; Evaluate and classify the customer quality complaints; monitor the quality team to provide the quality complaint investigation report on a timely basis; Collaborate with team numbers and numbers of other departments. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
