Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization with expertise in multi-axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, military and industrial industries.
WHAT TO EXPECT AS A WEEKEND SHIFT CNC MACHINIST
As a new CNC Machinist on our weekend shift team at Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions, you can expect to dive into exciting projects using cutting-edge technology. You will work alongside a dynamic and energetic team, contributing to the manufacturing process with forward-thinking solutions. Your typical schedule will be on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 5:00AM to 5:30PM.
Be prepared to setup and run 5-axis CNC machines. Attention to detail is so important with what we do! You'll collaborate with team members, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure the production process runs smoothly. Your role will involve operating CNC machinery, inspecting parts for quality assurance, and following production schedules diligently. You must understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance AMSE Y14.5. Join us and experience the thrill of working in a fast-paced and innovative environment!
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
This individual must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. There will be long periods of standing while you work. We want you to be safe, so you will be required to follow company established safety procedures. This individual must meet minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8. Last, but not least, for ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
