Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

Pay Range:

$62,000 - $70,000

Job Summary:

The Jr. Functional Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for a variety of quality applications and ERP integrations. This position reports to the Team Lead Value Add and Business Reporting.

Required Education/Experience:

Associate degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field Minimum three years' experience in application support or a related role

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems and integrations is highly desirable. Ability to adapt and learn new software quickly. Quality Laboratory Automation (QLA) Basic programming skills (e.g., scripting, SQL) may be required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.
