Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. The Club Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, maintaining inventory control, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of club operations, including stock management, cash register operations, inventory control, bar management, and kitchen management.

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Monitor market trends and adjust club offerings to meet customer demands.

• Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors to ensure a positive club experience.

• Train and supervise club staff members, including clerks and administrative personnel.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase club membership and revenue.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or related field.

• Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles.

• Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated ability to manage bar and kitchen activities.

• Existing RAMP certification or ability to complete necessary course work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
