Hopewest Hospice Team LPN in Montrose, Colorado
POSITION: Hospice Team LPN - Montrose - $5,000 sign-on bonus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: This Float LPN position has the unique opportunity to help out in our Grand Valley, assisting the interdisciplinary team caring for patients. We provide care wherever our patients call home - private homes, nursing homes, group homes or assisted living facilities.
REQUIREMENTS: * LPN's with a minimum of one year acute care experience in medical/surgical, ICU, ER or other acute or home health setting experience * LPN's with strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment * Must have unrestricted LPN license in the State of Colorado * Must have valid Colorado driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance coverage
WAGE: $26.50 - $27.50/ Hour
SHIFT: Full-time - 40 hours per week * Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
