• Insulation(actively hiring)

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recent construction experience (arborists and farmers welcome!)

• Commercial construction experience preferred

• Steel toe boots

• Willingness to work at heights (scaffolding, boom lifts, aerial lifts, telehandlers, swing stages)

• Basic hand tools (must acquire within 90 days)

• Reliable car and valid driver's license

• Good character (initiative, positivity, reliability, communication skills)

• Solid work history (1+ year at each job)

Attendance Policy:

• 3-strike policy for lateness or missed work (must communicate)

• No call no shows will be immediately terminated

90 Day Review:

• Attendance, performance, attitude, and tools acquired will be reviewed.

• Potential for a raise (not guaranteed).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
