Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Additive Design and Manufacturing team supporting innovative manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Additive Manufacturing Production Technician
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay Range: $27.50/hr
What's the Job?
Set up, operate, clean, and maintain additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Manage product flow through all stages of additive manufacturing and post-processing to maintain efficiency and quality.
Conduct Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and troubleshoot facility and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Execute Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tasks for accurate product tracking and data entry.
Participate in risk reduction and improvement projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
What's Needed?
Typically requires an AA/AS degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a University Degree in a related field.
2+ years of experience in a facilities, maintenance, or production manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to operate precision equipment with manual dexterity.
