Direct Hire Opening
Salary: $68k-$75k
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and support operations, and processes to ensure adherence to stakeholder requirements and SOPs.
Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, CAPAs, and ensure improvement processes are successfully implemented.
Oversee employee recruitment, retention, compensation, training, and development.
Determine resource needs and manage operational deadlines.
Maintain and monitor activity and processes within LIMS.
Initiate actions for issues within quality systems or test procedures and trouble-shoot solutions.
Requirements:
M.S. or B.S. Degree, and 3-5 years of experience.
Experience from the food industry or related fields
