The senior clinical research coordinator is required to have an in-depth knowledge of protocol requirements and good clinical practices (GCPs) as set forth by federal regulations. As a resource for the department, the senior clinical research coordinator will act as liaison between the investigators, primary care providers, and institutional review board (IRB), research administration, and the sponsor. QUALIFICATIONS: A Master's degree in a health-related field and four (4) years of research-related experience (human subject research experience preferred); or a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and six (6) years of research-related experience (human subject research experience preferred). At least two (2) years experience working in a pediatric research setting. CCRC [ACRP] or CCRP [SoCRA] certification preferred. The senior clinical research coordinator must be a detail-oriented person with strong writing, communication and computer skills; and ability to lead on multiple research projects. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Children's Minnesota.
