The senior clinical research coordinator is required to have an in-depth knowledge of protocol requirements and good clinical practices (GCPs) as set forth by federal regulations. As a resource for the department, the senior clinical research coordinator will act as liaison between the investigators, primary care providers, and institutional review board (IRB), research administration, and the sponsor. QUALIFICATIONS: A Master's degree in a health-related field and four (4) years of research-related experience (human subject research experience preferred); or a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and six (6) years of research-related experience (human subject research experience preferred). At least two (2) years experience working in a pediatric research setting. CCRC [ACRP] or CCRP [SoCRA] certification preferred. The senior clinical research coordinator must be a detail-oriented person with strong writing, communication and computer skills; and ability to lead on multiple research projects. We carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Children's Minnesota.
