Aerotek Warehouse Manager in Mississauga, Ontario
Our client, an automotive parts distributor, is currently hiring a Warehouse Manager for their facility in Mississauga, ON!
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
Experience managing a warehouse of 100+ people (can be on different shifts)
Management experience in a unionized environment
Continuous improvement experience
Strong documentation and Microsoft Excel skills
Duties:
Managing an aftermarket automotive parts distributor.
Involved in delegation of tasks, training, coaching, and directing corrective action to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Planning and setting goals for the team.
Planning on how to best run the day to days of the warehouse, such as working on ways to increase productivity and bring new processes and SOP's.
Handle health and safety concerns
Shift & Pay:
Day shift: 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday
Will be in charge of operations on all shifts, must be comfortable working later if required
Salary $130,000+ Permanent role (no contract)
