TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Mississauga, Ontario
Job Description:
TEKsystems client is a leading international medical manufacturing organization. Our client is looking to hire a professional customer service representative with a high attention to detail, SAP experience and considers themselves a MS Excel expert user. This role is a crucial part of the supply chain team that will be responsible for r eceiving orders, responding to customer inquiries, order management, and customer contact. Addressing emails and processing through ED and call system. Dealing with small orders or up to 100 lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitors Order Entry system (ECC) system performance to ensure issues are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner
• Initiate system enhancements for all division that the department supports
• Responsible for managing and coordinating high value shipments and logistics
• Responsible for high value accounts or divisions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Train new hires
• Considered Subject Matter Expert in the department and can perform and back up all Customer Service Rep duties and responsibilities
• Keep all Work Instructions pertaining to the role and department up-to-date
• Project work as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years work experience working in a sales order entry position (Customer service order entry). Considered an asset: work experience from a manufacturing, logistics, or medical industry.
Excel proficiency (V-look ups, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables)
Minimum 2 years SAP experience (using it in a work setting)
Post-secondary education (Certification, Diploma or Degree)
