Aston Carter Accounts Payable Coordinator in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Description:

Invoice Processing (70%)

• Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation, approvals, sales tax determination and enters into SAP system

• Processing of invoices domestic and foreign, POs, credit memos and assists with freight

• Manages new vendor set ups and vendor changes

• Responds to vendor inquiries

• Research entries and make corrections when needed

Accounting Administration (30%)

• Complete month end workbooks

• Assists with 1099 tax forms including status for vendors, researching and verifying payments, distribution of forms and responding to inquiries

• Assist with team projects as needed

• Assists other team members as needed

Must haves:

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related work experience

• 1+ years of accounts payable work experience

• SAP knowledge/ familiarity

Intermediate Level
