RBC Senior Applications Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Summary Job Description What Is the Opportunity? In this role you will be leading a team of Salesforce and Mulesoft professionals to deliver cutting edge features to our Financial Advisors. As part of the team, you will be an active member in our Salesforce Center of Excellence, which works closely with Salesforce to drive roadmap items and are regularly highlighted in their various conferences. You will be responsible for delivering and driving Advisor Desktop (Salesforce) initiatives, delivering roadmap & strategy, and supporting the components. Demonstrate the ability to manage a team to generate independent ideas and work effectively within a global team to rapidly implement solutions and deliver production quality-based solutions that are highly supportable and maintainable. What will you do? Act as the main technical point of contact for the US Wealth Management Salesforce platform to make sure it is adhering to the RBC technical standards. Key contributor in the creation of technical strategy for the Advisor Desktop platform. Manages all aspects of implementation planning, coordination, support and maintenance. Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders, and interface groups using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close. Provides direction, expertise, feedback, coaching and development to build the capability of the staff. Manages all aspects of implementation planning & coordination for all vendor releases (technology upgrades, non-RBC & RBC initiated enhancements, etc.): Understand and develop strategic roadmap to support business strategy and growth plans. Acts as primary IT liaison and RBC advocate to third parties ensuring decisions/actions are in the best interest of RBC and escalates as appropriate. What do you need to succeed? Must Have 10+ years' experience of professional and relevant leadership experience 5+ years Salesforce Developer and Administration experience (org size over 2000 users) Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud Experience with Salesforce Automation tools as Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval Processes Professional with experience on large projects/programs with multiple applications with multiple interfaces and/or 3rd parties Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Certifications - Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Developer 1 and 2 (401 or 501) Integration tools & techniques (Mulesoft, ESBs, Orchestration, SOA, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, etc) Understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components What's in it for you?
