As a member of RSM's consulting team, you'll work directly with key decision makers and company owners to gain a better understanding of the challenges they face. This experience also allows you to see firsthand the positive impact your efforts can have on the client's success. We are looking for a seasoned Project Management Professional to join our Salesforce consulting team.You will be working with RSM consultants and clients utilizing your project management leadership, expertise, and talent to provide project management oversight to medium and large-scale digital transformations. The Project Manager's oversight will enforce project timelines and budget adherence resulting in increased client satisfaction, improved delivery and implementation practices and project profitability. Experience with Salesforce implementations and Agile methodology is an important element of this position. Responsibilities: Assess, establish, and organize all phases of a Salesforce project implementation. Manage multiple workstreams and project types at once. Partner with Architects and a team of consultants to identify and resolve any project issues or complexities. Develop and manage full-scale project plans to include identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential out of scope activities, and devise contingency plans and/or roadmaps for future phases. Adapt to client and team expectations for timeliness, responsiveness, accuracy, service quality, and thoroughness. Leverage technical and industry knowledge as well as client history to increase efficiency and add value. Own the client relationship to ensure collaboration across all lines of business and internal functions to meet or exceed client expectations. Serve as an escalation point to team members while facilitating prompt and appropriate responses to project issues and risks. Forecast project resourcing and project timelines based on task and team member allocation. Effectively and regularly communicate project expectations to internal consultants and clientsin a timely and clear fashion. Work directly with leadership and other team members to develop best practices and tools for project execution. Qualifications: 5+ years of overall project management or software implementation experience with 70% of the experience being in Salesforce projects (Sales and Service cloud). 2+ years being a lead project manager within software development life cycle and delivery methodologies (Agile preferred). Experience in large Salesforce transformations of $1M o more with 7+ team members. Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud as well the business acumen around the sales and service business models. Track record of successfully managing timelines and meeting or exceeding client expectations Strong skills in assessing the big picture quickly to then delegate to team focused tasks. Proactive in seeking knowledge to understand key happenings, needs/problems, and visions of success for the client's business. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Jira. Proven ability to lead multi-workstream projects as well as multiple projects at a time. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: Prior consulting experience within a professional services setting. Bachelor's Degree or Certification in PMP. Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds. Prior people management experience. Experience with Agile methodologies.
