What's the role? The Learning Solutions Designer will be responsible for implementing Udemy in all market organizations according to Hilti's learning strategy working with the Regional and Local L&D teams and HR partners. Deliver a solution architecture that allows the implementation of an effective solution meeting a specific business need. Communicate needs proactively within the team and seek to develop integrated solutions to known problems. Evaluate target group by conducting performance analysis on current and desired performance to identify the gap and to provide solutions. Define design criteria by conducting root cause analysis to determine environmental barriers, produce an overview of critical tasks, and prioritize root causes. Work with project team to build a 70:20:10 approach and apply a performance model by defining gaps and identifying environment, process, or learning solutions to close. Design and develop performance support and learning paths as needed. Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts, and techniques; provide suggestions and solutions based on analysis. Develop mutually reinforcing solutions that build on each other over time. Assess and anticipate learning needs based on conversation or observations where performance gaps are seen; uses a global approach when improving the performance of team members of the organization. Master's degree in business, preferred. Coaching and/or CPLP certification and/or 3-5 years sales, marketing, or L&D experience, required. PMP Certification, preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills, required. Ability to proactively think ahead and anticipate obstacles. Analytical, systematic, structured problem-solving abilities.
