Genesis10 is currently seeking a HR Business Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 9+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams Develop clear and thorough process documentation, business requirements, and test strategies. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into system functionality Facilitate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring test cases align with business requirements and system capabilities Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively work to keep the project on track Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, with clear communication on progress, risks, and key decisions Consult with leadership to align on project strategy and address any challenges that arise during execution Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in HR, HR Technology, or Business Analysis roles, preferably in Engineering or large-scale system environments Strong understanding of HR processes and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, develop process documentation, and create comprehensive test strategies Experience leading HR technology projects, including system migrations or HRIS implementations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization. Experience leading UAT Testing efforts Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR solutions, and Human Resources best practices Pay Range: $86-96 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
