Robert Half Customer Service Representative Senior in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the healthcare industry. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this role requires a skilled Customer Service Representative with a focus on customer interaction and support. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide expertise, and offer customer service support to our members, customers, and/or providers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to members, customers, and providers

• Handle direct phone-based customer interaction

• Answer and resolve a wide variety of customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Utilize skills in Customer Service, Workstation Support, and Phone Presence to effectively perform tasks

• Collaborate with the offshore team to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively

• Use knowledge of TRICARE and NIS to assist customers and provide accurate information

• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Take the extra mile to engage customers. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry

• Proficiency in providing workstation support, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues

• Excellent phone presence, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

• Proven ability to respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries

• Experience in working with offshore teams, coordinating tasks and ensuring efficient service delivery

• Familiarity with TRICARE health program and its customer service requirements

• Knowledge of Network Information Service (NIS) and its application in customer service operations within the healthcare industry

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations

• Willingness to participate in continuous professional development activities

• High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
