Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a non-profit Administrative Coordinator in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota.
Key responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and track various projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
• Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex schedules and organizing meetings.
• Maintain and manage executive calendars, ensuring effective communication regarding schedule requests and changes.
• Handle all arrangements pertaining to travel and submit expenses for reimbursements.
• Assist in the coordination of teams such as the Equity Team and ERGs, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality in handling all aspects of the office's operations.
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate filing systems, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality where necessary.
• Track and manage budgets as directed, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Respond to both internal and external correspondence as directed, ensuring effective communication.
• Handle office phone communication, taking detailed messages and routing calls efficiently in the absence of the CDIO
Requirements
• Proficiency in Calendar Management, with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple events and appointments efficiently.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members, stakeholders, and visitors.
• Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, with a focus on providing a high-quality experience.
• Proficient in using Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar to manage daily administrative tasks.
• Experience in Project Coordination, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively coordinate schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and smooth operation of daily activities.
