Shift Details: Monday-Thursday – 30 hours/week
Compensation: $22-$25/hour
Location: Highrise - 311 University Ave NE, Suite 101, Minneapolis, MN 55413
About the job:
Responsible for overseeing daily administration tasks that support the team. Works closely with the Division Director, Program Managers and staff to organize files, create correspondence and prepare reports and documents. Complete a wide range of clerical tasks including managing staff calendars, sorting mail, ordering supplies, and approving invoices. Leads planning of events and meetings.
Essentials:
Answering incoming telephone calls and redirect to appropriate individual.
Greet guests coming into the office and notify appropriate individuals.
Sign for and sort incoming packages and mail and distribute to appropriate individuals.
Maintain system for tracking which employees are at their designated work locations, as well as distributing staff schedules.
Assisting the Program Managers in monitoring and auditing staff work to ensure contract obligations are met.
Order and maintain adequate office supplies for staff.
Ensure kitchen is stocked with cleaning supplies, snacks, and paper products.
Prepares and maintains file system.
Reviews and approves invoices.
Plan and organize Program meetings.
All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED - Bachelor's Degree PREFERRED
2 years' experience in administrative work, preferably
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365 or ability to show proficiency
Strong communication skills and works well with a team
