Description
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves handling various accounting and financial tasks, including processing invoices, managing expenses, and handling credit card transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the processing of invoices and ensure accuracy in the 3-way match of invoices.
• Manage the company's expenses and credit card transactions, ensuring they are well-documented and accurately recorded.
• Perform check runs and bank deposits as part of the company's financial operations.
• Enter data and manage records in the ERP system.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization and financial analysis.
• Leverage skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Coding Invoices, and Invoice Processing.
• Use Infor for managing and analyzing financial data.
• Ensure all financial records and transactions are compliant with company policies and regulations.
This role is ideal for those who possess strong analytical skills and have a keen attention to detail.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures
• Familiarity with coding invoices for proper payment
• Strong skills in invoice processing and reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and spreadsheet management
• Experience with Infor or similar financial management software is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required
• Relevant experience in Accounts Payable or similar financial role is preferred, but not mandatory.
