JOB REQUIREMENTS: Scope of role: Regal Rexnord is seeking a dynamic Sr. Commercial Finance Manager to drive growth within our Industrial Powertrain Solution business. As a Key partner to the director of commercial Finance, Segment CFO, and the Commercial leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving financial targets and shaping strategic decisions. This role requires strong collaboration across the business as analyses, insights and recommendations are presented, including strong capability to influence others. We are looking for someone who can: build strong relationships within the organization; engage at all levels in the organization; take advantage of data & analytics to provide business insight and decision support, drive improvements, efficiencies, and harmonization in planning, reporting and finance operations. The role requires a \"hands on\" person who is detail oriented and results driven. Key Responsibilities Demand Forecasting: Lead the Discipline demand forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Collaborate with cross-functional team to align commercial forecast with business unit targets. Analyze results and prepare of monthly business review reports related to the Company\'s performance in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior periods. Review and analyze results and identify risks and opportunities, recommend actions to Commercial Leaders to improve overall operational and financial performance. Financial Analysis and modeling: Compile, track, and analyze information to evaluate operational and strategic performance. Monitor overall financial health and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and analyze trends across competitive sets and general business conditions. Develop, maintain, and distribute integrated orders/ expense analyses, projections, reports, and financial models to support business analysis and decision-making. Conceptualize, design and iteratively build data-driven analytical models. Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Lead the commercial finance annual strategic planning and budgeting process. Perform analysis and research including market and competitor assessment for the preparation of long-range planning, operating reviews, and annual operating plans. Continuous process improvement: Drive process improvements in commercial finance reporting. This includes driving efficiency and standardization of the closing process, and implementing procedures to streamline monthly forecast and reporting. Professional Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance. Advanced degree and/or a CPA is strongly preferred.
