Conduent Remote Senior Business Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysts in the identification of system requirements, development of use cases and story lines, requirements traceability, and functional design of modern complex systems.
Responsibilities
Working directly with end users to identify the requirements and functionality needed in systems.
Documenting business processes, system functionality, and design how users will interact with the system.
Collaborating directly with technical staff to translate end user needs into system functionality.
Requirements
Have 3 years’ experience working as a team leader business analyst for complex systems.
Possess 5 years’ experience working on child support systems.
Exhibit experience with requirements management, use case/story line development and web page design.
Show experience identifying requirements, traced requirements, and developed business scenarios/use cases/story lines.
Display formal SDLC methodology experience.
Have child support business analyst experience on systems in New Jersey, Arkansas, Delaware, New Hampshire, Nevada, or South Carolina desired.
Demonstrate experience with Business Process Management and Business Rules tools desired.
Show Agile methodology experience desired.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $90k.
