POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently remove snow and ice from sidewalks and walkways on assigned commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work to assure quality and timely completion of snow and ice removal on sidewalks and walkways on assigned properties
Operate snow removal equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
Apply ice melt according to product and company guidelines.
Be sensitive and respectful of Reliable Property Services’ equipment and customer’s property at all times.
Identify problems at the worksite and follow through appropriately.
Serve as a model Reliable Property Services employee especially in regards to promptness, language, and dress.
Display honesty and respect at the work site, when working with coworkers, customers, and other Reliable Property Services employees. Perform tasks within the allotted budgeted hours.

Follow proper Company policies and procedures at all times.
SKILLS & ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a positive attitude, patience, and good follow-through skills.
Must be willing and able to work with deicing materials.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Must have endurance necessary to perform duties for long periods of time.
Must be willing and able to work long hours and overtime during a snowstorm including holidays, weekends, etc.
Ability to organize and schedule multiple projects.
Able to operate at a high level of accountability and responsibility for all activities and activities of the team.
Established ability to effectively communicate and build successful relationships at multiple levels.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organization skills.
Able to work independently and have exceptional problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to identify gaps and optimize processes.
Ability to manage jobs and achieve budgeted margins.
Ability to develop and maintain Vendor & Sub-contractor relationships.
Valid driver’s license with an adequate driving record.
