JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is seeking a Infra Network Project manager. This hybrid role is with a utility company in Milwaukee, WI (Prefers local). This is a long-term, multi-year, contract role. Compensation: \$95-105 per hour W2H Responsibilities: Roles report to the Project Control/Management Office (PCO/PMO) Development and Management of project Delivery and Cost schedules for 1-10 projects Regular interval progress reporting - Progress reporting Maintaining Project Financial budgets (accruals, forecasts, actuals) Negotiating schedules and resolving late delivery issues Creation of time cards (PWA) Job Site Safety Enforcement Coordinates project meetings reviews status/escalates issues for corrective action Identification of Issues and Risks on projects escalate as appropriate Submission of PO Reqs and confirmation of delivery for invoicing purposes Escalation of issues to PCO Responsible for Internal Coordination of Change management (IT CAB) - when needed Verification of Alignment Network infrastructure installation schedules and resources Site turn-up of equipment and Acceptance testing. Coordination/Monitoring with 3rd Party Vendors (Reporting to PCO status) Identification of Permitting needs using internal and external resources Would be working on Infra Network Qualifications/Requirements Ability to handle multiple projects Experienced in budgets, forecasts, and actuals who can report on financials Experienced in MS Project PWA Skilled in creating schedules Prefers a Network background such as working with switches and routers Cross-collaborating with SMES on the team Microsoft Project/PWA Budget, forecast, and accruals 3rd vendor management Contract bidding and negotiations Experience managing project financials - actuals, invoice reconciliation, identifying variances Project Management Principles Network Infrastructure Desired Characteristics PMP Certification Experience with the utility of a telecom background Microsoft Project Budget, forecast, and accruals 3rd party vendor management Contract bidding and negotiations Project Management Principles Construction purchasing Construction standards and designs Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
