EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST GROUP LLC concrete finisher $21+ in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job description MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!! 3 years+ experience Responsibilities: - Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces - Use hand and power tools to shape and finish concrete - Apply caulking and sealants to concrete joints - Install and repair roof systems using concrete materials - Weld and reinforce concrete structures as needed - Assist with concrete pumping operations - Participate in the renovation and construction of concrete structures - Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality workmanship Requirements: - Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role - Proficient in trim carpentry and carpentry techniques related to concrete work - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor in various weather conditions - Knowledge of drywall installation and stucco application is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity - Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to proper safety procedures MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!!
