Clinical Manager, Secure Care Department of Health and Human Services Full-time, Salary Salary Range: \$86,652.80 - \$103,272.00/yr Job Summary Provides clinical and administrative leadership and management oversight to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed program and daily operations within the Youth Detention Center with a specialized focus on youth in the Milwaukee County Accountability Program (MCAP). Provides clinical consultation and program development leadership to enhance community safety. Leads all Unit Therapists and others within the development of the program to support future state Secure Residential Care Center for Children & Youth (SRCCCY) operations. Job Responsibilities Delivery and Coordination of Treatment Services - Administers psycho-social and AODA assessments to youth and their families who are in secure care.
