The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and developing channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion for Pelco. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of channel sales, partner management, and business development. The Channel Development Manager - Central will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify target integrators, opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, driving sales through indirect channels, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organization skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
