JOB REQUIREMENTS: Account Manager - AutoZone - WD36276 What you will do Reporting to the AutoZone Account Director, supports leading the AutoZone account to achieve both the customer and Clarios defined goals and objectives. Partners with Clarios cross functional team members to ensure customer needs are met. How you will do it * Supports develop the customers\' 25 year strategic plan to achieve growth targets in revenue, commercial margin, and unit volume. * Responsible as a member of the AutoZone account team to ensure the overall account achieves business and financial commitments. Recommend actions to increase profitability and drive sales. * Develops relationships across multiple functions and levels within the accounts to include but not limited to merchandising, marketing, inventory, and other critical customer functions. * Utilizes Clarios category management resources and data to develop and implement programs / strategies to drive unit volume and maximize customer and Clarios margin. * Manages the customers\' product portfolio. Assists with product line planning and recommendations and leads implementation of line changes. * Assists, and leads where applicable, internal and customer teams to develop, launch, and execute specific strategies and programs to drive growth and profitability. * Reviews and analyzes cost, volume, and pricing relationships to assure attainment of return-on-investment goals. * Develops and manages relationships across multiple functions internally to deliver on customer commitments. Communicate closely with Clarios demand planning, supply chain, and production control regarding forecasts, seasonal orders, and line changes to optimize Clarios service. * Develops concepts and organizes Clarios support/presentations required for Clarios and customer meetings. * Provides periodic reporting updates to Clarios management on status of customer initiatives. * Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and conferences as required. Commercial business experience to include consultative sales, category management, marketing, strategy, commercial finance, etc. required. * Experience in the battery industry or automotive aftermarket preferred. * Experience working with supply chain / operations to deliver service execution preferred. * Demonstrated ability to deliver results individually and through others. * Demonstrated business and financial acumen. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly grasp an interpret information pertinent to the growth of the organization. * Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills required.
