The Siemens Empowers Education team is seeking a mid-level motivated teammate to conduct strategic analyses that contributes to the strategic development. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic initiatives across organizations to create strong working relationships that deliver shared value to customers, partners and stakeholders. A successful person in this role will be able to leverage product development, sales and marketing expertise to impact:

Stakeholder Engagement-

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and develop tailored solutions that align with their specific goals and objectives.

Strategic Program Management-

  • Define and execute strategic programs and initiatives aimed at driving adoption of Siemens software solutions within educational institutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery, including marketing, sales, and technical support.

  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Develop and execute pilot programs in collaboration with partner institutions to showcase the benefits of Siemens software solutions in addressing specific educational challenges.

  • Monitor and evaluate the success of pilot programs and gather feedback from partner institutions to drive continuous improvement.

Thought Leadership-

  • Provide training and support to educators on the effective use of digital curriculum threads to enhance student learning outcomes.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key customers and their specific needs and pain points.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to engage key customers.

  • Provide sales training and support to ensure effective execution of the strategy and maximize outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Engineering or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, strategy and/or marketing

  • Proven experience in strategy development, preferably within the education or technology sector.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to create proposals and inform decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven track record in program management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of the engineering education landscape and familiarity with educational technology and the portfolio of Siemens’ solutions is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work independently, creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Up to 20% travel

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $178,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).
