UTAH COMMUNITY ACTION Housing and Case Manager Coordinator in MIDVALE, Utah

Utah Community Action is looking for a full-time Housing and Case Management Coordinator who plays a crucial role in the general coordination of housing services across various programs and projects. This position is exempt, and the yearly salary is $68,457.

YOUR LIFE AS A HOUSING AND CASE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

This position is responsible for the general coordination of housing services among the various programs and projects, as well as ensuring programmatic contract compliance with each funding source. The Housing and Case Management Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring and monitoring key outcomes and outputs are delivered through holistic case management. In addition to coordinating housing services, this position is responsible for supervising the staff of Housing Case Managers on a day-to-day basis. This position will also provide case management services as needed and in accordance with grant requirements.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, family studies, or a related field
  • Two years of case management experience
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Driver's License
  • Experience in conflict resolution (preferred)
  • Experience in motivational interviewing (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, especially during moments of crisis
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon offer
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
