JOB REQUIREMENTS: Director, Behavioral Health Services - 31145 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Director, Behavioral Health Services to: * Lead operational, financial, programmatic, and human resources activities related to the delivery of behavioral health care services across all levels of care at UW Health. * Incorporate the use of evidence-based practice and appreciative enquiry into program development and improvement activities. * Manage the complex interdepartmental and interdisciplinary relationships to assure collaboration and effective/efficient operations within Behavioral Health Services.
