ABOUT THE TEAM
The EMEA Executive TA team is responsible for recruiting the best talent for openings at SAP at Vice President levels and above across every board area in Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Executive Researcher and Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team for 6 months (with possible prolongation) full time paid role to support the Executive Recruiters in the region.
The Executive Researcher and Coordinator will build strong business relationships together with the Executive Recruiter through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to the business. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities.
What youll do:
Research:
Partner with Executive Recruiters to create and execute multi-channel strategies to source VP level and above candidates that meet the business needs
Building talent pools for confidential, current and future engagements
Conduct regular interactions with business in a timely, professional and responsive manner
Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
Participate in role briefing meetings with the business and set expectations for the executive recruitment process
Excellent candidate relationship management
Operations:
Creation and publishing of executive job postings on our internal SAP career portal
Keep open roles up to date in SuccessFactors & other SAP tools
Prepare monthly, bi-weekly and ad-hoc reports
Support in scheduling executive level interviews, being the primary liaison for Hiring Managers, Executive Recruiters and Candidates
Collaborate with Data Management during the hiring process and deal with various enquires related to recruiting process
Prepare presentations for stakeholders and Candidate Calibration documents through leveraging MS office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
Participate in important project work related to executive hiring and delivering an exemplary candidate experience for our executives
What you bring:
Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English is mandatory, German language skills would be a nice to have
Identifying, attracting and selecting passive talent.
Ability to work on own initiative as part of a virtual international team; capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance
Detail-oriented and analytical; process oriented; organized, and able to manage different initiatives simultaneously
Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
Excellent communications skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proactive team player; able to work well under pressure
