Adecco US, Inc. Sr. Business Systems Analyst in Miami, Florida
Salary: $110,200.00 - $136,200.00 Job Summary: As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of a team that is responsible for leading the successful implementation of a new planning solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to gather requirements, configure the solution, develop training materials, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Responsibilities: ? Partner with business stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Planning, Merchandising, Finance) to understand current planning processes and identify key requirements for the new solution. ? Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the planning solution. ? Understand and document end to end data flows across various systems impacting planning ? Work with the implementation team to configure the solution to meet our specific requirements. ? Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing of the new system. ? Create user guides, training materials, and other documentation to support the adoption of the new planning solution. ? Provide ongoing support and guidance to users after the system goes live. ? Track and report on project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the project stays within budget and timeline. ? Stay up-to-date on industry best practices related to retail planning and analytics. ? This is an in-office role, based at our Global Headquarters in Miami, Florida Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Mathematics or related field ? 7-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a related role in Planning - Supply Chain, Demand, Financial. ? Experience with successful implementation of enterprise planning solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, o9, etc.) at a Retailer and/or Wholesaler. Experience with Anaplan is preferred. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Working knowledge of SQL a plus ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. ? Experience with business process mapping and documentation. ? Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). ? Strong understanding of retail planning concepts and best practices. ? Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Details: $110,200.00 to $136,200.00 per year
