Flavour Creation Laboratory Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Compounding of flavor formulae created by our flavorists.
Proactively suggest solutions to solve technical issues.
Apply flavors and flavor samples in standard tasting mediums and participate to tasting sessions with our Flavorists.
Managing part of the stock of flavor raw materials.
Preparation and monitoring of samples shipments.
Coordination of sample transfers to other departments (Subsidiaries, Application and Quality Control labs etc.).
Carry out measurements on flavor samples compounded in the laboratory (Flash Point, Density, Viscosity, Stability tests).
Maintain a clean laboratory environment following HS&E policies and good laboratory practices.

You Bring:
2-3 years of professional experience working in laboratory environment (experience in chemical sector would be a significant asset).
Team spirit and collaboration mindset.
Autonomy, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of classical IT tools and digital experience.
Ability to quickly integrate into a new team and collaborative spirit.
Fluently communication skills in French and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
