Position Summary:

In this role you will support the implementation of the HR Core system (SuccessFactors) strategy. Focus will be on automation, simplification, and standardization of HR processes to reduce manual administration work for the HR team, freeing up their time and resources to focus on more value-added activities. You will collaborate with HR and Teammates to ensure data quality is high and system usage is consistent.

Your responsibilities will be divided into three key focus areas:

Operational Maintenance: You will work to ensure all system users are effectively supported, by the management of user tickets, outages, and issues to resolution within SLA.

HRIS Strategic Roadmap: You will contribute to the creation of the rolling three-year SuccessFactors Roadmap, ensuring it supports HR Strategies and the overarching HR Systems Strategy. You will then support HR Systems projects to assist with their effective completion.

Continuous Improvement: Support the Reinforcing And Improving System Experience (RAISE) Roadmap and enhancement activity for SuccessFactors, based on user feedback optimization priorities.

Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the development of HRIS Strategy, policies, and procedures

  • Provides Tier I technical support, including researching and resolving HR Systems issues

  • Provides recommended solutions or alternate methods to meet project requirements

  • Helps maintain data health in all HR Systems

  • Monitor and test Semi-Annual Success Factors release functionality

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues

  • Support new projects. This includes requirements gathering, configuration, testing and production support

  • Identify process challenges and implement appropriate corrections or improvements with associated training of the teams

  • Gather and respond to feedback to identify and deliver continuous improvement activities in support of RAISE

  • Create system reports, analysis and insights as needed

  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of related HRIS experience

  • Experience with SuccessFactors modules, including EC, PM, PMGM, RCM, RMK, ONB, LMS

  • Experience with HR Systems implementation and optimization projects

  • MS Office suite proficiency

  • Clear, thoughtful verbal and written communications

  • Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities

  • High attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Fundamental knowledge and ability to understand technology information system and business processes

  • Strong multi-tasking abilities

  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in English, at a professional level

  • HR Team, including Business Partners in each location

  • Talent Acquisition Team and Hourly role recruiters

  • IT Team

  • SuccessFactors and other third-party implementation consultants

Work Environment:

  • Flexibility to work outside of core office hours when dealing with teammates in other time zones

  • Travel may be required in support of projects and HRST strategic meetings

  • Office attendance in accordance with Hybrid policy guidelines

  • This position can be based out of the Czech Republic, Poland or Mexico
