RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible of monitoring transloading, storage and marine terminals, HES Compliance, Quality Assurance, Volumetric controls, Operational Contract performance.
Identify areas of improvement within Terminals, placing HES as the highest priority, participating in face to face or virtual meetings, calls, daily, weekly and monthly.
Responsible for identifying areas of opportunity at railroad management, being in contact with railway lines, solving operational challenges (mainly at the terminals), delays in picking up empty cars, arrival of more rail cars than scheduled, unit train management, etc.
Work closely with trucking identifying areas of opportunity with carriers management, performing HES vetting, solving operational challenges (mainly at the terminals), understanding customer´s carrier companies, equipment performance, communication with carriers-customer-trucking-terminals
Conducts operations site visits to understand, follow up, and identify areas of opportunity and improvement, with an estimated 60%-70% of trips per year.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree
Desired a minimum of 3 years working within the Gasoline, Diesel industry in Mexico
