Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing US Therapeutics Patient Services & Copay COE. The Associate Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis including preparing the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long range plans, and reporting monthly financial results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5 highly motivated and engaged finance professionals by setting and aligning goals/priorities, motivating, and empowering the team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the overall business objectives and plans to achieve financial goals

  • Lead all financial cycles (including annual plans/updates, LRPs, LBEs) that are accurate, well written, professionally presented for leadership review, and properly supported.

  • Attract top talent, train and develop staff to meet best in class industry/professional standards, motivate and retain key talent, drive operational improvements to realize lean/efficient operations, and develop sustainable organization to achieve long term high performance.

  • Anticipate and identify business issues (including performance gaps, opportunities and emerging needs) for leadership and develop appropriate action plan to maximize investments and performance against key metrics.

  • Implement ongoing continuous improvement within span of control including establishment of processes to ensure compliance with existing cycle time and quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement in cost related processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive finance related experience.

  • Strong leadership skills with a keen sense of ownership and advanced team building skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective at delivering results in a highly matrix environment.

  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and systems.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to relay complex financial data in clear and simple terms.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and an inquisitive mind-set.

  • Ability to generate ideas, challenge the status quo, solve problems, and manage innovation to reality

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​

Salary: $133,500 - $253,500
