About the Role

As a Team Leader Quality focusing on quality control in general assembly, you will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of quality control processes, training team members and ensuring proper documentation of deviations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team to ensure efficient and effective execution of quality controls

  • Collaborate with product, process and plant planning teams to coordinate quality control processes

  • Provide feedback and report any defects discovered, track and monitor progress

  • Evaluate the issue/defect landscape and initiate appropriate measures to resolve issues

  • Support departmental goals related to costs/budget for series and projects

  • Perform leadership duties such as employee development, performance reviews and safety meetings

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and norms

Who we are looking for

  • Apprenticeship qualification or comparable training occupation: motor car technician or car body maker

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry

  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and systems

  • Fluent in English
