About the Role
As an assembly supervisor, you will be part of the plant production team, consisting of several assembly technicians, reporting to the Manager of Operations
Your Responsibilities
Lead by example with focus on world class manufacturing
Monitoring of plan specifications, deadlines, quantities & quality.
Responsible for achieving the defined KPIs in the assembly area
Team-oriented personnel management (leadership, motivation, planning, training and supervision) in the assembly area
In the event of deviations, take measures to achieve goals, prepare documents and escalate in a timely manner
Support the development of the assembly process
Support training activities during the launch phase and throughout the production
Who we are looking for
High school diploma or equivalent
Considerate professional experience in manufacturing (automotive industry preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to travel
Fluent in English
Your preferred qualifications
First-hand experience as supervisor in an assembly environment in the automotive industry
Ability to define problems, collect data, report concerns
Strong willingness to learn and develop
