TEKsystems Processor Specialist (Data Entry) in Mesa, Arizona
Monday - Friday Onsite Data Entry role!
Location: Mesa, Arizona, 85201
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 am - 5 pm (8 hour shift between these hours
Training: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Description:
-review PDF documents and editing the document to change any information or errors
-Upload completed documents into VMS once approved
-Update payment info into internal systems and processing payments for accounting accuracy
-Pull images from issuing authority websites to ensure precise tolls and proper roadway creation
Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of previous Microsoft Excel Experience within a work environment
-baseline understanding of Excel functions such as SUM function, and other shortcuts
-Previous experience within a Data Entry Environment (at least 35 WPM typing speed with high accuracy)
-Strong attention to detail and time management skills
-High School Diploma
-Previous experience using internet search tools (e.g. Google, Google Maps) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
