Where you come in:
- As an IT Applications Manager for Warehouse and Trade Compliance, You manage systems like Oracle EBS and Fusion that support Warehouse Management, DRP, Trade compliance
- You lead implementation and maintain WMS to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
- Integrate automation technologies to enhance productivity and reduce manual labor.
- Implement and maintain Global Trade Compliance applications that ensure adherence to international trade laws and regulations, including import/ export controls
- Implement solution for reverse logistics.
- Work closely with business partners of supply chain, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Manage projects related to warehouse operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
- Provide strong leadership to the warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including staff, suppliers, and management.
What makes you successful:
Warehouse Management experience typically, at least 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Hands-on experience with Oracle WMS and other relevant software
Process mprovement: Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives and optimize warehouse operations
Trade Compliance: Experience with applications like Global Trade Management with international trade laws and regulations, including import/export controls
Audit Management: Experience in managing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Supply Chain Coordination: Experience working with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Project Management: Experience managing projects related to warehouse operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives
Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate warehouse staff
Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear guidelines and collaboration
