Here’s Where You Come In
As a Client Success Associate, you will manage a growing book of business for our Holly’s Health Talks platform. Your focus will be retaining our current clients and onboarding new clients through providing professional, courteous service to our clients, business partners, and HUB colleagues.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide quality customer service to existing and new accounts.
Oversees the preparation and implementation of all contracts, paperwork, and internal processing on accounts.
Implement Client Service Plans as directed by account team and\or Team Leader.
Maintain accurate client information in account management systems as assigned.
Work with client’s IT department to make sure the deliverables can be emailed to employees.
Owns tracking and deliverability and viewership.
Pursue a program for personal and professional development.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
Comfortable in learning programs such as online portals, Airtable, SproutVideo
A high school diploma with some college preferred
Above average telephone techniques and the ability to effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients as well as, other staff members
Ability and willingness to utilize the company’s computer system and software required. Good typing skills with an ability to compose clear and concise letters required
Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions required
Organizational skills required
Willingness to attend educational classes desired
High attention to detail essential
