Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Job Description
As a Quality Control Manager, you will oversee critical quality control operations including manufacturing shop floor inspection, document and procedure control, calibration, and ISO quality system management. Your role includes performing daily, incoming, and first article inspections, maintaining accurate inspection histories, and ensuring all procedures adhere to predefined standards. You'll also manage calibration programs, perform internal audits, and maintain all related quality documents.

This position is based in a large, clean, and climate-controlled CNC shop environment. You will be working on the first shift from Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. As the Quality Control Manager, you will lead a small team of 1-2 inspectors within a total workforce of about 45 employees.
