Position Summary As a Product Support Engineer, you willsupportthe Contamination Controls Solutions CCS product offering to Customers, partner with third-party suppliers, troubleshoot/provide technical supportassigned products in the CCS portfolio and develop sales collateral and training, You will also interface with Research and Development and Engineering groups to represent CCS and assist with projects as needed. What You'll do as a Product Support Engineer: Chemical Delivery and Dispensing Support Participate in the identification, development, introduction and support of dispensing and storage solutions complementary to the CCS portfolio. Managerelationships with third-party equipment andservice providers, and the evaluateand optimizatizethe CCS chemical delivery and dispensing portfolio. Provides technical and product support, including training, to Technical Services personnel, Sales Associates, and Customers. Travel to provide technical support, Customer support and field training.International travel may be required. Introduce new equipment and manage the phase-out of obsolete equipment. New Product Development, Continued Product Support Create, review, and update technical documentation. Collaboratewith Purchasing and SupplyChain, Engineering, and Research and Developmentto define and implement product upgrades and enhancements. Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems, resolve immediate issues and implement changes to prevent future problems. Provide qualification/testing documentation and support for design modifications. Create, review and update marketing documentation Packaging Engineering and R&D as well #LI-KS1 #LI-Hybrid The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed: Bachelor's degreein Engineering or related field. Minimum three (3) years of practical engineering experiencein a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience in establishing and managingrelationships with outside equipment or service providers. Experience can include meaningful co-op, internship, or summer employment assignment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, relationship-building, management, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret technical data comprehensively. One to two years' experience preferred. Ability to clearly communicate project details across multiple levels of an organization. Cability to enhance product portfolio and execute tactics in line with strategic objectives Preferred experience includes: Exposure to GMP manufacturing-exposure to chemical/liquids manufacturing.
