Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Job Summary The Product Quality Analyst plays a critical role on the team to proactively inform the organization on Quality performance.The role is responsible for measuring and reporting all Quality Key Performance Indicators (Quality KPIs) for the York facility.The central focus is to develop and maintain reports that drive accountability and enable process problem solving in alignment with Manufacturing Quality objectives.The Product Quality Analyst is responsible for development of Digital Production Performance Dashboards and leads all continuous improvement activities involving Quality data collection, integrity, and analysis. Job Responsibilities Reports all manufacturing Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the facility; First Pass Yield (FPY), Scrap, and Conditions per Hundred (CPH) Effectively communicates complex information regarding quality performance to manufacturing and executive stakeholders. Demonstrates skill in maintaining data integrity, monitoring performance, and analyzing data. Solves problems and provides solutions using both creative processes and analytical methods. Leads the development of digital manufacturing scoreboards to provide real-time Quality performance data for manufacturing teams Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience Requirements Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
