Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Director of Nursing to become part of our client's team in Memphis, Tennessee 38116. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
The primary purpose of your position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our Facility and as may be directed by the Administrator or the Medical Director to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Pay
Up to $180,000 annually
Schedule
Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
However, need to be flexible and available 24/7.
Requirements
Unencumbered RN state license.
Must have Bachelor's degree; prefer Master's.
Must have 10 years of experience as a Director of Nursing with background in long-term care.
Must have State Compliance & Survey experience.
