Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst with our client in Memphis, Tennessee! In this role, you will be collaborating with various departments such as clinical, operations, finance, and IT to understand and address business challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to comprehend business challenges and create opportunities.
Analyze and document existing business processes, recognize inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to spot trends and patterns that can guide business decisions.
Elicit, document, and authenticate business requirements for system implementations, enhancements, or process improvements.
Contribute to the planning, execution, and closure of projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Support the adoption and implementation of new systems or process changes by offering training and ongoing support.
Participate in initiatives to enhance the quality of patient care and operational efficiency.
Stay updated with healthcare regulations and ensure that business processes and systems are compliant.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar field.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Simultaneous management multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends, preferred.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and statistical packages.
Experience in project management and business process improvement
