Job Responsibilities

· Oversee the day-to-day Quality and Compliance Team operations. Track operations and determine compliance status with regards to local and global regulatory standards.

· Execute the CBRE compliance program and/or the client's compliance program. Lead and participate in continuous improvement objects for both CBRE and the client.

· Interface, partner, and interact with both CBRE and the clients’ functional areas and leadership teams.

· Communicate quality and compliance initiatives and/or issues across the functional areas. Responsible for reporting Compliance status to CBRE and/or the client during review meetings.

· Escalate and notify CBRE and client management of quality and compliance issues.

· Execute the inspection readiness program for the site. May be responsible to lead audits as well as serve as the primary quality representative for CBRE operations.

· Lead the vendor management program for the site. May be responsible in ensuring all GxP service providers qualify per the CBRE regulated vendor qualification process.

· Ensure the QA staff qualify and deliver on the objectives of the QMS, annual quality plan, and the qualityagreement with the client.

· Oversee the execution and track the success of CBRE quality of service initiatives on the account for non-regulated services.

· Oversee vendor management program and qualify GxP vendors, as needed.

· Identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems/processes.

  • Exchange and explain difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues.

  • Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

Person Skills

· Bachelor's degree required.

· 5+ years related work experience

· FDA, ISO, or similar quality assurance audit related certification preferred. Must have appropriate license and/or certification where required by law. Green or Black Belt Six Sigma Certification preferred.

· Knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.

· Experience with Desktop publishing, Microsoft Office Suite and Online Help. Previous experience with SAP, Trackwise, Regulus, and/or CMMS systems.

· Knowledge or formal training with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S programs, etc. preferred.

· Quality auditing experience a plus.
