Oracle Field Marketing Specialist in MELBOURNE, Australia
Job Description
As a Field Marketing Specialist for Oracle Health, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering sales plays and event marketing plans supporting regional sales leaders, clinical teams, and Oracle Cloud applications and infrastructure teams. This role requires a collaborative team player who can work optimally across various functions to drive impactful marketing strategies and boost pipeline growth and revenue in the region.
Key field marketing specialist responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and measure demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization
Meet with sales leaders to create and manage strategic marketing plan in support of sales pipeline and revenue objectives
Participate in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings
Develop and implement tactical marketing programs in conjunction with sales, channels, product marketing, Oracle direct (inside sales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations
Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs and events
Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner
Create and manage program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting
Required Skills/Experience
What You’ll Bring
Experience in event planning/management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
Experience in managing large events, work with stakeholders and customers in healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
Knowledge of personalized and contextual marketing and how marketing and technology integrate to improve and optimize the customer experience
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Responsibilities
- This will be 1 Year Fixed Term contract with possibilities to be extended or converted to Perm based on the individual performance and availability of the role.
